Bb Base Coat - evens out the nail surface, creating a smooth base for nail polish, dry instantly.
White Look Base Coat - adds shine, evens out the nail surface. It’s also supposed to conceal any yellow stains on the nails, make them appear whiter. I had orange stains on my nails left after wearing red nail polish, and this base coat didn’t help to cover it, so it’s pretty much just a regular base coat for me.
