Ending up on his side, the actor at first looked injured but managed to drag himself up before sprinting away.
With the makeup team working their magic and creating a scrap along the star's face like he had hit the gravel, it was only when Scott burst out laughing that it was clear this was all a big act.
Scott certainly found the situation absolutely hilarious as he howled with laughter as the director yelled 'cut'.
Managing to get his laughter under control, Scott posed up a storm as he waited for filming to begin again, showing off the chiselled good looks that he inherited from his father.
For the scene, Scott was dressed in a pair of blue jeans with a white T-shirt and brown leather jacket.
In the film, Scott plays Andrew, who along with his brother, is a car thief that heads to South of France in search of some car stealing opportunities finds himself getting way too much attention from a local crime boss.
The film is directed by Antonio Negret, produced by Taken's Pierre Morel and stars Freddie Thorp, Ana de Armas, and Gaia Weiss.
There have been rumours that Scott was getting a little close with his co-star Ana after he posted a snap with the pair looking cosy.
However, the Cuban actress - who was previously married to Spanish actor Marc Clotet - is already spoken for.
The 27-year-old stunner is currently dating Franklin Latt, who is in the entertainment business as an agent rather than an actor.
