I found a dupe for Illamasqua's Apocolips....

 I got to try the new Apocolips lipstick by Illamasqua recently. I've been meaning to try it but I have to make a visit to London to buy it. Long story.

 I do have some issues with Illamasqua lipsticks in how drying they actually are. I was surprised to find how wearable the color is. I know that on most people - this lip is almost bubblegum green/blue but on me - its dark green. I have no idea why.

 I did manage to find a replacement for it today though! I've been using the Technikohl eye liners from MAC as lipsticks for some time now. I really love this one. I've been meaning to try the new Whirlpool shade. Its a teal green. I think they are just about creamy enough to wear as a lipstick. Naturally, this is not an intention of the product but a happy second use! It's designed normally for eyes so there will be slippage and a bit more movement then most normal MAC matte lipsticks.

 Ignore the massive giant red spot. I am human and get spots. Don't we all???

 Look at the shade range on this! There are lipstick choices galore in here! I am going to buy : Take the Plunge, Whirlpool, Sourpuss, Cool Jazz and Graphblack soon. After all, why not. I love a good weird colored lipstick.

 I think the color of the pencil is Whirlpool.

oh and the price difference? Lipstick from Illamasqua is £18 and the MAC eye liner is £14. I prefer the eyeliner as its cheaper, creamier and not as drying. I also have to add more onto the Illamasqua price because of the postage or travel to London.
